Does the OPG charge a fee to register my LPA?

Yes. The OPG's registration fee in 2026 is £92 per LPA. So registering both Property & Financial and Health & Welfare costs £184 in OPG fees. Provider fees are separate. If your gross annual income (before tax) is under £12,000, you may qualify for a 50% reduction. If you receive certain means-tested benefits (Income Support, JSA, ESA, Pension Credit, Housing Benefit, Council Tax Reduction, Universal Credit in some cases), you may pay no OPG fee at all.
