There's a phone call we keep getting. It's always the same. A daughter, sometimes a son. A parent's just had bad news. Three months feels impossible. Can we actually help?
For too long, the honest answer from this industry was: we'll try, but everything is built for people who aren't in a hurry. Six to twelve weeks before you even see your documents. Three months as a standard quote. An entire industry of providers running on weekly batched processing because that's how it's always been done.
SAMEDAY LPA exists because that answer isn't good enough.
We're a UK estate planning service built around a single promise: if you order your Lasting Power of Attorney before 2pm, qualified estate planners draft your documents the same day. Not eventually. Not next week. Today.
That's it. That's the whole brand.
What we do
- Draft your Lasting Power of Attorney documents the same day you order, by a qualified estate planning professional.
- Act as your Certificate Provider by video call if you don't have one — the OPG-approved way.
- Walk you through every section in plain English before you sign anything.
- Submit your registered LPA to the Office of the Public Guardian on your behalf.
- Stand behind a same-day guarantee: if we don't deliver same day on an order placed before 2pm, you don't pay our fee.
What we deliberately don't do
- Regulated investment or tax advice. We're not financial advisers. If you need that, we'll point you to people we trust.
- Cheapest-on-the-market positioning. We're a premium speed service. If price is your only criterion, the OPG's own forms are free to download from gov.uk.
- Anonymous online forms with no human contact. You speak to a qualified planner before you commit to anything. Never a call centre.
We're new. SAMEDAY LPA launched in 2026. Here's how we plan to earn your trust: by doing what we say, on the day we say, with qualified planners on every document and a free draft review on every order.
If you've got an urgent situation, the right thing to do is pick up the phone or start the form. The wrong thing to do is wait three months.
