Do I qualify for free OPG registration?

You may qualify for a full waiver if you receive certain means-tested benefits — Income Support, income-based JSA, income-related ESA, Guarantee Credit element of Pension Credit, Housing Benefit, Council Tax Reduction (most types), or some forms of Universal Credit. If your gross income before tax is under £12,000 a year, you may qualify for a 50% reduction. The OPG publishes the current eligibility rules and you'll need evidence (benefit letter or tax return).
