No — and any provider claiming they can is being dishonest. The Office of the Public Guardian's registration period is a fixed government process. The only ways to influence it are to send a complete, correct application (which avoids rejection and resubmission), and in very specific urgent circumstances (terminal illness, imminent capacity loss), to request expedited registration with medical evidence. We can include an expedited request where the circumstances justify it. The OPG also publishes current processing times on gov.uk — those are accurate.
